Client Contact Data and Consent

By using InvoiceRunner messaging features, you represent that you have the right to contact your clients and have obtained any required consent.

For SMS specifically, consent is obtained by the business user directly from the client when the client provides a phone number for invoice, estimate, payment, or related service communications.

SMS Terms

• Message frequency varies based on business activity.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Recipients may reply STOP to opt out at any time.
• Recipients may reply HELP for assistance.

Email Terms

Email features are intended for invoices, estimates, reminders, and related account/service communication. You are responsible for ensuring addresses are valid and communications are appropriate.

Prohibited Use

• No spam, harassment, fraudulent messaging, or unlawful content.
• No sending to purchased or scraped contact lists without appropriate consent.
• No attempts to bypass messaging provider safeguards or compliance programs.

Third-Party Services

InvoiceRunner relies on third-party services (including Twilio, email providers, hosting, and Stripe). Availability and delivery performance may be affected by those providers.

Disclaimer and Limitation

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, InvoiceRunner disclaims warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
