• Account information for InvoiceRunner users (business users), such as username and email.
• Customer contact and billing information entered by business users, including name, email, phone number, and address.
• Invoice and estimate records, line items, notes, and PDF documents generated within the app.

How We Use Information

• To provide and improve the InvoiceRunner service.
• To generate invoices/estimates and deliver them by email or SMS when requested by the business user.
• To protect the platform, prevent misuse, and enforce service terms.

SMS Consent and Messaging

Customers provide SMS consent to the business using InvoiceRunner when they provide their phone number directly to that business for invoicing, estimate updates, payment reminders, or related service communication.

SMS consent is not sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing. Message frequency varies by business activity. Message and data rates may apply. Customers can reply STOP to opt out and HELP for assistance.

Email Communications

Business users may send invoices/estimates and related service communication by email to customer addresses provided by the customer or otherwise lawfully obtained by the business.

Service Providers

InvoiceRunner uses third-party providers to operate the service, including email and SMS delivery providers such as Twilio and SMTP/mail infrastructure, and payment processors such as Stripe.

Data Retention

Data is retained as needed to operate the service and support business recordkeeping, unless deletion is requested or required by law.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect data, but no online system can be guaranteed 100% secure.

Your Choices

• Customers may opt out of SMS by replying STOP.
• Business users can update or remove customer contact information in their account.
